How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags and unused equipment in its original packaging. Please note that supplements and nutrition products are final sale for safety reasons.
Can I pick up my online order at my local EōS Fitness gym?
Currently, the EōS Fitness Online Store operates independently from gym locations. All orders are shipped directly to your provided address and are not available for in-club pickup.
How can I track my shipment?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. We are looking into expanding our shipping options in the future.
