At EōS Fitness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if any item doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fitness gear, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
